Buyer: The person or entity entering into an agreement for purchase or subscription via tango-dj.com.
2. Payment
Payment is processed through an approved payment provider (Vipps, Stripe, or PayPal). All prices are quoted in EUR. Payment is charged at the time of order. For subscriptions, payment is renewed automatically at the end of each period until the subscription is cancelled.
3. Delivery
Tango-DJ is a digital software product for macOS. Upon confirmed payment, the license is delivered immediately to the provided email address and is available in your user account. There is no physical delivery.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of agreement under Norwegian law. For digital content that has already been made available and used (the license has been activated), the right of withdrawal may be waived if the buyer has explicitly consented to this and confirmed that the right of withdrawal is thereby forfeited. This will be clearly stated during the purchase process.

5. Returns and Refunds
As the product is digital software that is delivered and activated immediately, returns are generally not accepted once the license has been activated. If you experience technical defects or issues that we are unable to resolve, refunds are considered on an individual basis. Please contact us at terjelundemotangen@me.com.
6. Subscription
- Binding period: The subscription is binding for the selected period (monthly, quarterly, or annual).
- Automatic renewal: The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
- Cancellation: The subscription can be cancelled at any time from your user account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you retain access for the period you have paid for.
- Changes: You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription from your user account.
7. Complaint Handling
If the product has defects or issues, please contact us at terjelundemotangen@me.com within a reasonable time after the defect was discovered. We will endeavour to resolve any issues within 5 business days.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be sought resolved amicably through dialogue. If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council or ordinary courts. Norwegian law governs this agreement.
